Last month, HR reported on the introduction of a new hearing instrument company, Sona Hearing (see October 2010 HR, page 10). A member of the Sonova Group, which also includes hearing aid manufacturers Phonak and Unitron, sona is introducing new hearing instrument solutions that offer novel fitting options and a number of simplified business processes that are unique to the industry.
